Feeling a bit miffed and a bit bemused. Found out someone is trying to sell a paperback version of a fanfic I wrote on amazon. They're only asking for five bucks, and they do give credit to me as the original author, but they plastered their own name big and bold at the top and (the part that probably ticks me off the most) presents a bastardized version of the story in the description on the back. I imagine they thought if they changed it just enough it would count as a brand new story, but honestly it just pisses me off. I rented Hardcore Henry yesterday. I remember when the movie was first being advertised that it looked really interesting... like what might happen if 'Crank' and 'A Clockwork Orange' got together and the resulting offspring of that nasty hate sex refused to do anything outside of F.P.S. mode. So I actually ended up liking Suicide Squad. Little back story. I'm not a DC comics guy. I was a marvel guy until they start replacing a bunch of characters I liked with 'new exciting' characters who were neither all that new or exciting and I kind of doubled down on being a Dark Horse and IDW fan primarily. So when I talk about DC movies, keep that in mind. Now I love DC animation. Batman the animated series was and is a master piece. I like teen titans and young justice, and justice league is alright too for the most part. I've just never been a 'Superman' fan.
